Are your beds safe for children? Yes. All our beds meet UK and European safety standards (including EN 747 for bunk and high sleeper beds), and each product page gives clear age recommendations — including minimum ages for top bunks and high sleepers. Many beds include guard rails on raised sleeping areas, and rounded edges or non-toxic finishes.
Delivery & Assembly
How long does delivery take, and is it free? Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands, with beds typically arriving within 10 working days. We do not use other general carriers and so can not deliver to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses, with the exception of the Isle of Wight.
Do you deliver to the room of my choice? Yes, delivery is room-of-choice, not just kerbside or doorstep.
Can you assemble the bed for me? Yes. We offer a professional home assembly service carried out by the manufacturer's own trained assembly teams — not third-party subcontractors — so a high standard of build is assured. (If anything isn't right they'll come back to put it right).

Can I pay in installments? Yes, we offer buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna and PayPal, as well as 0% APR finance options.

What bed sizes are available? We offer single, small double and double sizes, with a choice of mattresses available to add to your order.
Will I know if the bed is suitable for my child's age or an adult? Yes — guidance are given on every bed type is shown here.
Do bunk beds separate into two single beds later on? Some of our raised beds can convert or separate — for example, certain bunk beds split into two individual single beds once they're no longer needed as a bunk.
How do I know if a bed will fit my child's room? We provide room size guidance and floor space help, and ceiling height requirements are given for all high sleeper beds.
Storage & Functionality
Do you sell beds with built-in storage or a desk? Yes — our range includes beds with built-in storage (drawers, wardrobes, shelving), built-in desks for homework or gaming, trundle/guest beds, and sofa bed or daybed functions.
