Here, we try to cover the common questions people sometimes ask before ordering, but please call or email us if you need any more advice.
How do I track my order? - You will receive a text within 5 working days of ordering with a booking date and contact details for the delivery team. If you need to discuss the delivery at any time you can contact them or call/email us.
What happens if there is damage or missing parts? - That's very rare as everything is checked at the factory but we will resolve any issues straight away by getting replacement or missing parts sent to you, or arrange for one of the fitters to come to you if something isn't right.
What about if I just change my mind? - You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the delivery without charge. After delivery you have 30 days to say you want to return it, so long as it's not part assembled yet, but we'll have to charge for a collection. Can I delay my delivery if I'm moving, on holiday or decorating? - Absolutely. That happens regularly - just call or email us when you've ordered and we'll sort that out.
Can you assemble it for me? - Anything can be delivered and assembled at the same time if you add assembly to your order. Just add our "Home Assembly Service" to the basket when buying the product. We only ever send in the manufacturer's own expert team - never a third party tasker or independent.
What ages are your beds suitable for? - These beds are top quality, European made beds that exceed regular construction standards but the designs determine the age suitability. Shorty Toddler Beds are suitable from around 18 months up to 4 years. Mid Sleepers are suitable for children aged 6 and over. On Bunk Beds & High Sleepers the TOP bunk is only suitable for older children and adults (as it's an elevated bed the minimum age for the top bunk is 6 years). Single & Double Beds are suitable for all ages but are ideal for older children, teenagers and adults.
