RETURNS & REFUNDS

Faults and returns are extremely rare, but we are happy to address any concerns you have for whatever reason you wish to return something:

1. Incorrect or damaged goods.

Goods will be checked for completeness and damage when delivered. If you subsequently learn that we have delivered the wrong item a replacement will be delivered free of charge as soon as possible. If an item has missing or damaged parts we will arrange to have the correct parts despatched to you as required.  We may need photographic evidence of reported damage to verify with the manufacturer and identify the correct part(s) required.

If any item develops a fault within 30 days, or you believe does not comply with the description given or is not fit for the stated purpose, you may request a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Extract from the Consumer Right Act 2015 .....

30-Day Right to Reject

"Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product".

2. Change of mind / do not like.

You can cancel your order for unassembled furniture up to 14 days after delivery is made for a full refund on the goods. We will also refund the delivery (and assembly) charges where orders are cancelled right up to the day before delivery is made. Cancellation on the day or after delivery has been attempted/made will be for the furniture and goods only as we will already have incurred the full delivery (and assembly) charges.  Assembly charges also can not be refunded once the appointment has been booked if an assembly is aborted due to change of mind or insufficient space to build the bed.

Once delivery has been made, you will need to notify us within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods if you wish to return them.

Any self-assembly item cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, as this makes the item "used" and can not be taken back into stock.

A recent change in the law effective 14 June 2014 (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) allows you to return your item although opened if you are not happy with your purchase.

The return of your item/s in this instance, there being no fault with the goods and they being of merchantable quality, is your responsibility. However, we strongly suggest that you contact us to arrange for a collection of your goods rather than attempt to return them yourself, to avoid possible transit damage (a collection charge up to a maximum of £57 will apply).

If, however, you prefer to return the goods yourself at your own cost we would wish to stress to you the following:

1)  Goods received by the company must not be damaged in any way. We would warn against using conventional parcel carriers or any carrier company who's distribution centres operate via conveyor belt movement/sorting.

2)  Returned items must be repackaged “reasonably”, namely in a way that is not likely to incur damage in transit.

3)  You are also required to notify us of the date of dispatch.

4)  With the above in mind, we would strongly recommend that you insure your goods with your nominated carrier since they remain your property until properly received by the company.

The goods must be returned to us as soon as is reasonably practicable, and within 14 calendar days from the date of your notification to cancel the order.

The return address will depend on the item being returned - please contact us for confirmation. Please note our postal contact office address is not suitable for receiving returned goods and all deliveries will automatically be rejected.

We would ask you to note that our quality control procedure to verify the contents and condition of the returned goods may take up to 10 days to complete. A re-stocking free may be applied where new packaging/parts may be necessary to bring the product back to merchantable quality.
