Are your beds safe for children?

Yes. All our beds meet UK and European safety standards (including EN 747 for bunk and high sleeper beds), and each product page gives clear age recommendations. Many beds include guard rails on raised sleeping areas, and rounded edges or non-toxic finishes.

How long does delivery take, and is it free?

Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands, with beds typically arriving within 10 working days. We do not use other general carriers and so cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses, with the exception of the Isle of Wight.

Can you assemble the bed for me?

Yes. We offer a professional home assembly service carried out by the manufacturer's own trained assembly teams, not third-party subcontractors, so a high standard of build is assured. If anything isn't right, they'll come back to put it right.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we offer buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna and PayPal, as well as 0% APR finance options.

What's your returns policy?

We offer a no-quibble 30-day returns window. If there's a problem with your bed, return costs are covered free of charge.

What warranty comes with the bed?

Every bed comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Are you an official dealer, or a reseller?

We are the official UK dealer for every brand we sell, with direct relationships with each manufacturer.

What are the beds made from?

Our beds are made from FSC certified, sustainably sourced wood, with low-VOC, non-toxic paints and finishes. All beds are manufactured in Europe.
