We’ll contact you by text or email within 5 days of ordering to book your delivery, which is usually within 10 working days. Every bed is delivered by the manufacturer's own specialist furniture teams to the room of your choice, not left at the door by a parcel carrier. We do not use 3rd party carriers.

Yes. Add our Home Assembly Service when you order and the manufacturer’s own trained team will build the bed in your chosen room on delivery day and take all the packaging away. We never use 3rd party fitters.

Yes. Many people do it. If you’re moving, decorating or going away, just reply to your order confirmation or call us with the date you’d like delivery after, and the team will book it in as soon as they can after that date.

Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight. We can’t deliver to Northern Ireland or other non-mainland addresses, but we can deliver to your nominated shipper on the mainland.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. After delivery you have 14 days to let us know, as long as the bed hasn’t been part-assembled. A collection charge applies, and if anything is faulty the return is free. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Each product page gives the mattress size, usually a UK single (90 × 190cm) or European single (90 × 200cm), and the maximum depth for that bed, which matters for the guard rails on raised beds. See our Children’s Mattress Buying Guide.
